Thank you for trying A Bridge Solution Product

So now that you have downloaded a product or have the CD-ROM…

1.Verify that the resolution of your computer is at least 800x600 resolution. If it is not, do so now. Place it in your CD-ROM and click on the drive (there is no auto start installer)

2.Print the installation file and read it carefully. Follow the instructions for installing on your type of operating system

3.I strongly recommend viewing the PowerPoint Presentations and viewing/printing the Features and Flowchart files. This will help acquaint you with the demos and help you in visualizing the maze that lies behind the main screen.

4.Install the product of your choice.

5.You can now and only now (before running demo for the first time), move that folder to where you would like it to reside on your hard drive.

6.DO NOT RENAME ANY FILES OR FOLDERS. IF YOU DO, THE DEMOS WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY.

7.Find the file named “ABS_Demo.exe (Windows) or  “ABS_Demo (Mac) within the ABS_Demo Folder and make an alias/short cut on your desktop. This is what you will use to run the program.

8.If you decide at a later time that you would like to view other products not originally installed, simply download and follow the installation instructions again. Please remember that the engine, system files, all_need, shared and utilities only need to be installed once. If you left the original folder on your desktop, installing other demos will automatically place the new files there. If you moved the original folder, place the contents (not the folder) of the newly installed demo folder (now on your desktop) in the original folder wherever it is. That is all you have to do. The call buttons within the startup file will automatically be activated to run the new demos.

Congratulations, you are now ready to start the demo!

1.Double click on that shortcut/alias or if you didn’t make one, on the above-mentioned file.

2.The startup file will walk you through a series of screens. Please read each one. You will end up at the main menu.

3.Go up to the title bar and choose edit, preferences, and application: Make sure that “enable drag and drop text selection” is checked. Also while you are here, enter your name in the user name window.

4.Now it is up to you. From the main menu, you can setup your company/tour, view the personal and professional utilities included or move right on to Show Time. The ShowTime call button takes you to the call buttons for all the demos.

5.Click on the demo you have installed and you are off to the races…

Once you have become familiar with the demo and the sample records, you can:

1.Delete all sample data and start from scratch. If you decide this is your next course of action, return to the startup main menu and click on the demo setup button. There you will find a call named “go to delete all area”. Click on it. Once there, click the ReadMe button and follow the instructions. You may find that you will have to repeat the “delete all sample data” twice, for each category.

2.For ShowTally and GuestList Std. there are “delete all” buttons within the demo itself!

3.If you have difficulty with the “Delete All” processes, call me and I’ll walk you through the process.

4.After deleting all sample records I strongly recommend that you go through the demo setup process if you intend to use the demo for a real tour  (if you have not already done so).

If you want to see more… Install other demos and evaluate them in the same way

If you have seen enough…Drag the folder “ABS_Demo Folder to the trash/recycle bin and this will uninstall the demo from your computer.

Thanks again for evaluating our products! This document is now on the web and CD-ROM, is in multiple formats and is named “whats_on”.
