To down load any or all documents:

bulletDecide what file and format you want from the list on the left.
bulletDepending on your computer configuration
bulletLeft Clicking on a file name may start the download or it may open in within your browser
bulletIf it opens it and you really wanted to download it, right click on it and do a save as.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the Feature Files.
